A model that supports service providers with their continuous quality development and assurance irrespective of a formal external certification/auditing process (see O5). The implementation of the QDF requires voluntary commitment and a participative process of all members of the organization wishing to improve their services. The QDF is applicable to various Quality Standards existing in different countries. It focusses however on those indicators that are most commonly present in different standards.
