Procedure for the certification of counsellors contains recommendations and concrete form of self-assessment/assessment tools, lists of possible required evidence for key quality areas and indicators, personal portfolio and documentation of knowledge, skills and competences of the individual counsellor, individual library of tools with classification for the candidate for quality assurance certification.
